得 is the light de joining the verb to its outcome. 禁 reads jīn, to endure — in 難禁 the sense is hard to bear, not the jìn that means to forbid.

擡轎 — to carry a sedan chair. The promise from the opening of the chapter, reported back as an accomplished fact.
Wukong's account is accurate in every particular and misleading as a whole. He did claw and squeeze, the cord did go through the heart, and they did beg. What he leaves out is that he was goaded into leaving the belly, that he nearly lost the cord to a set of teeth, and that he got out by making the demon sneeze. The version his colleagues get is the one that reflects best on him.
This is not deceit exactly; it is how Wukong talks about his own exploits throughout the novel. He is a creature of reputation, as the third demon worked out in about a page, and reputation is maintained in the telling as much as in the doing.
Note the sequence he ends on: they begged, and only then did I spare him. The mercy is placed last and framed as a decision. Earlier the narrator told us plainly that Wukong softened because he liked being flattered. Neither account is false, and the gap between them is where the character lives.
