打聽得 takes 得 at dé, the full reading after a verb of finding out. 自自在在 doubles both halves of a word for unconstrained ease, and 受用 is to enjoy the use of something. The imp is describing a leisurely dinner, and the plan turns entirely on the disciples giving up.
The second reason is the real one and it is patience again — the same principle the other imp opened with. Let the matter come slowly.
It also names the only thing that could actually save the master: the three of them not giving up. The cave's whole plan rests on a bet about how long they will keep looking.
