The argument is unanswerable and it is pure logistics: a valuable thing that has travelled a long way past hungry people is not, in practice, available. is zhòng a third time — and note that this one has no in front of it, so nothing else moves with it. In 不得 the is de: the shape is a verb followed by 不得, which cannot, and not 不得 in front of one, which is may not.

The reasoning is genuinely good. If the prize were takeable it would have been taken, therefore something protects it, therefore find out what.
