逐句解 Line by line
The Tang Monk said, "The Hall of Common Assembly is a place where all under Heaven come and go together, so we too may impose upon it.
得 weakens to de here, and it makes the sentence a matter of permission: 打攪得 is 'we may impose', not 'we have imposed'. The sealed chapters read this whole family the same way, including the closely parallel 也住得, where 也 carries the same sense of being entitled to.
"Let us go inside and rest a while. When I have had audience and got the rescript endorsed, we shall press on out of the city and take the road again."
倒 is dǎo, the verb, as it was when the rescript first came up — 倒換 is to exchange one document for another.
The answer is a small lesson in status. Tripitaka's claim is not that he is important enough to be received. It is that the hall belongs to nobody in particular — it exists for whoever is passing through, and a passing monk qualifies.
Then he lays out the whole plan of the episode in one breath: rest, audience, rescript, road. It is a tidy itinerary and none of it survives contact with the kingdom. Every stage of what follows is a delay inserted into this sentence.
