大國唐王恩德洪,道過堯舜萬民豐。大国唐王恩德洪,道过尧舜万民丰。

為證 wéi, 'as proof.'
大國唐王恩德洪,道過堯舜萬民豐。

The Tang king of the great realm, his grace and virtue vast, in the Way surpassing Yao and Shun, and all his people thriving.
堯舜 Yao and Shun, the sage-emperors of antiquity, the standard of ideal rule.
死囚四百皆離獄,怨女三千放出宮。
死囚四百皆离狱,怨女三千放出宫。
Four hundred death-row prisoners all left the gaol; three thousand grieving women were let go from the palace.
怨女 the 'resentful women,' palace maids kept from marriage. The couplet versifies the amnesty and the release just narrated.
天下多官稱上壽,朝中眾宰賀元龍。
天下多官称上寿,朝中众宰贺元龙。
Officials throughout the realm proclaimed his long life; the ministers in court hailed the 'prime dragon.'
上壽 to wish long life. 元龍 'prime dragon,' an epithet for the sovereign; 朝中 cháo zhōng, in the court.
善心一念天應佑,福蔭應傳十七宗。

One thought of a good heart, and Heaven surely blesses; the shade of his fortune shall pass down through seventeen reigns.
天應佑 'Heaven will protect'; 應 yīng, 'surely.' 福蔭 fú yìn, the sheltering merit passed to descendants; 蔭 yìn. 十七宗 'seventeen ancestral lines/reigns' — the couplet promises the dynasty's endurance, echoing Cui Jue's pledge.

The closing verse sums the chapter's turn from death to virtuous rule, cataloguing the amnesty, the freed palace women, and the court's acclamation, and ending on the promise that the emperor's single good thought will shelter his line for seventeen reigns. It seals the karmic logic Cui Jue set out at parting — that mercy above quiets grievance below, and buys the dynasty its future.
