When the Great Sage had looked his fill, he stepped down from the pointed peak, entered the deep mountain and searched out a path.

看夠 is to have looked one's fill — the compound is about reaching a limit, not about carrying on.

Just as he was finding no trace of anything, he suddenly saw beneath the shade of the pines a woman, who had plucked a sprig of fragrant orchid and came along with a slow and swaying grace.

is zhé, to snap off or pluck. 嬝嬝娜娜 doubles a pair of syllables describing a slow swaying walk, and inside it is nuó, not the that turns up in foreign names — the underlying word is 嬝娜, of something slender in motion.

總評 Commentary

The transition happens in a single clause. The Great Sage has been looking at the mountain for as long as the poem took to describe it, and 看夠多時 both closes that contemplation and dismisses it. He came here for a person, and the instant he stops staring at scenery a person appears.

She is introduced entirely through movement and detail: the shade of the pines, the plucked orchid, the swaying walk. Nothing has identified her yet, and the Great Sage does not know what the reader may already have guessed. The orchid is not incidental — it marks her as somebody with leisure, picking flowers on a mountain that belongs to her, and the poem that follows will confirm the rank the detail implies.
