In that bout Eight Rules smashed the tortoiseshell screen into powder and dashed the coral trees down to ruin.
Both 得 here are the linking de and both specs are given by position: 打得粉碎 and 摜得凋零 are verb-plus-complement, stating what the striking and the dashing came to. 一場 takes 一 at yì before the dipping 場 chǎng. 凋零 is properly used of flowers dropping, so the coral is being wrecked in the vocabulary of a garden.
One sentence, and it comes after the poem rather than before it — so the destruction is described twice, once in verse as doors and windows ruined and once in prose as two specific objects broken. The prose is more expensive. A tortoiseshell screen and coral trees are the furnishings of a wealthy house, not the fittings of a fortress.
The verbs are chosen for their objects. The screen is struck and goes to powder; the coral is dashed down and goes to pieces the way a flowering branch does. 凋零 belongs to falling blossom, and applying it to coral treats the dragon palace as a garden being stripped.
